General Terms and Conditions
1) General Terms and Conditions
1. Free return policy
Every article purchased via X-twofashion.com can be returned free of charge up to 30 days after purchase, as long as the article has not been damaged and the original labels are still attached and the article has only been tried on for size. The trial period of 30 days starts on the day that you receive your order.
To return the article, please use the return form available via x-twofashion.com. The costs and risks associated with the return shipment will be borne by x-two unless exceptional circumstances apply, in which case x-two will contact you accordingly.
Refunds will be implemented via the same payment method used to complete the order, in which case any shipping costs already incurred will not be covered.
2. Delivery and shipping costs
The shipping costs for the articles ordered will be specified during the ordering process. When you finalise an order, you must also agree to the shipping costs specified. Although you can assume that the delivery times specified will be complied with, you cannot claim any rights on that basis. In exceptional circumstances, X-two reserves the right to charge higher shipping costs, in which case X-two will contact you as soon as possible.

5. Precondition regarding rights of ownership
All articles remain the property of X-two until the invoice has been paid in full.
6. Protection of personal information
