X-two is fashion forward plus-sized clothing intended for the women in sizes EU 46 to 60. X-two is part of Buur Fashion, originally established in 1994.Their sister company, Yest is available in EU sizes 36 through 48. For more info about Yest visit www.yest.com.

Register:
I registered but I didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail.
If you didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail, we advise checking your junk mail. If you are unable to locate the confirmation please contact us.

Can I order without any prior registration?
Yes. In Step 2 of the check-out process, you are given the option to proceed solely as a guest. No registration necessary. To complete your order as efficiently as possible, we do require your information in order to ship your purchase.

Is it possible to change my information at a later time?
When logging in to ‘My X-two’, you may edit your details. If you would like to change your e-mail address, please contact us.

Payments:
Which payment options are available at X-two.com?

X-two.com accepts payment from a multitude of payment providers. For each country there are different ways to pay your order. If you have any questions regarding payment, please contact us.

Is paying online secure at X-two.com?
Yes, transactions are all processed through a secure connection so safety is guaranteed.

Do all prices include taxes?
In Europe and the US,  all prices include tax. In Canada your taxes are calculated at check-out.

Can I pay with a online bank account?
It is possible to pay with a online bank account in Germany with Giropay and in the Netherlands with iDeal.

What is PayPal?
Paypal is a secure payment method. With PayPal it's possible to pay with your debit or credit card(s) that are linked to your bank.

Is it possible to pay with my credit card?
When choosing to pay with Mastercard or Visa, transactions are secure. If you wish to pay with another kind of credit card, we advise using PayPal.

My coupon code isn’t working.
Once you have entered your coupon code at check-out, whether placing an order or not, the system will automatically sense it has been used. If it is still not working for you or have any other questions regarding coupon codes, please contact us.

Returns and exchanges:
How can I return an item?

If you would like to return an item , please register at ‘My X-two’ and click on returns. You will then receive a return number. You can either print or write it down with the return form and place this with your package.
NL: In the Netherlands, your package will contain a freepost sticker. Place that on the return package and drop it off at any PostNL service point.
GER: For Germany, we work directly with DHL. In your package you will find a freepost sticker. Place that on the return package and send it back.
North America: In your package you will find a freepost sticker. Place that on the return package and simply send it back.
Remaining countries in Europe:  For remaining countries in Europe, we offer you the option to have the return picked up from your place of residence.

How do you refund my money after I have sent back my return?
If you would like to return only a portion of your order, we will refund you in the same tender you have paid. This can take up to 10 business days.  To speed up the process, we suggest registering your return request at ‘My X-two’.

How do I exchange a size or color in a particular item?
If you would like to exchange an article, please place a new order on the web shop and we will send you the new item as requested. The original item must be signed in as a return and the appropriate return procedures should be followed.

How do I check the status of my return?
When you would like to check the status of your return, please contact us.

Do I have to pay shipping costs for returns?
Europe: We will not charge you any shipping costs as they are accounted for by X-two. Under any exceptional circumstances, X-two will contact you directly.
North America: We do charge $7 for returns, exchanges are free of charge.

Shipping:
When will my order be delivered?

When you order before 12 PM, your order will be processed on the same day. The delivery time will depend on the country and region the package needs to be sent to.

Can I trace my order?
You will receive an e-mail from PostNL, DHL, GLS or Fedex with your tracking number. With this number, you can follow your package. For more information, please contact our customer service.

Is it possible to deliver my order to another location?
Yes. It is possible to change your delivery address at the check-out process.

Which countries deliver X-two?
We deliver to the following countries: The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Great Britain, Ireland, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Russia, Canada and the United States.
There are different shipping costs and times per country. Please check them here.

Can I specify when the order can be delivered to myself specifically?
Unfortunately it's not possible to set a specific time to deliver. Your confirmation e-mail including the tracking code will let you know when your package will be sent.

What happens if I am not home when the order is delivered?
When you are not at home when the order is delivered, we advise checking with your neighbors or they will try again the next day. Follow your tracking number or contact us.

Order:
How do I get an item into my shopping cart?

First, you have to select the right color and size. Then, press ‘add to shopping bag’. You will see a pop-up on your screen at the right that your item has been added to the cart. After this you can continue shopping or go straight to the check-out process.

How do I know my size or shape?
When you are at the product page, you can view the fit and colours simply by dragging your mouse over the image, you can see the details on the garment.
If you would like to get an idea of what the perfect size is for you, you can click on the product page next to the size or just go to the ‘Shapes and Sizes’ page to see how you can measure yourself at home.

How do I order and pay for the article I want?
When you have placed all items you wish to purchase, please press the ‘to check-out’ tab to complete the transaction.
Step 1 -  Shopping bag: 
You can check your entire order here - when everything is correct you can click on ‘order’.

Step 2 – Your details: 
To verify your order, we need you to log in, create a new account or proceed as a guest. When you are at the next step you will see your invoice and shipping address. Verify all these details and then proceed by clicking on 'Continue'.

Step 3 – Confirmation:
At this step we would like you to check your order one last time. You may fill in the coupon code if you have one. When you would like to continue, please accept the terms first.

Step 4 – Payments: 
You have the option of choosing amongst several payment methods. When you have selected your preferred method, please press ‘Place order’ - then follow continue with the prompted instructions.

When I place several orders in one day, will they be delivered in one package?
If you do happen to place several orders in one day, we will try to send them out in one package.

Is it possible to cancel my order?
Please contact the customer service department to cancel your order. Pass on your order number, order date and that you would like to cancel your order.

Complaints:
I have a complaint concerning an item, order or something else - what now?
If you have complaint, you can always contact us by phone, e-mail or by filling out the contact form. We are available during standard office hours and we will do everything within our power to find a solution to your inquiry. Click here for the contact form

When could I expect an answer on my complaint?
On office days we will answer within 3 working days and by either e-mail or telephone. During weekends and holidays it could take more time.
